PERFORMANCE EVALUATION OF TELETYPE ERROR CONTROL EQUIPMENT ON AN ETR CIRCUIT

Abstract

The report describes a series of teletype transmission tests made over an HF radio link between Mahe Island and Cape Kennedy, Florida. Two methods of error control protection were employed and their relative performances evaluated.
