ON EQUATION FOR CHARACTERISTIC CURVES OF A SPECTROPHOTOMETRIC EMULSION,

Abstract

An equation for the characteristic curves of photographic plates used in astronomical work is presented along with the procedure used to fit the experimental data to the equation. Its accuracy in calculating line intensities is discussed. (Author)
