THE ACTION OF A VIBRATION LOAD ON POLYMER MATERIALS,

Abstract

The article investigates the vibration load on a strip of polymer material under plane stress conditions. The applied load varies according to harmonic law, whereby its amplitude is constant. The strip is strained in such a way that its sections remain plane. The article investigates the steady-state regime, where the problem amounts to a certain ordinary nonlinear differential equation that is quadratically integrable. Certain cases of nonsteady-state regimes are also examined, where the strips, which are initially at rest, begin to be subjected to the action of a vibration load.
