HISTORY OF THE INTERIM GUIDANCE RADAR

Abstract

The object of the memorandum was to explain why a rapid sequential, mechanically lobed, tracking and guidance system in which the spacing between pulses from separate magnetrons on different frequencies conveys to the missile the basic sense information was constructed instead of a single pulse system.
