STUDY OF INFLUENCE OF FILM-FORMING SUBSTANCES ON ELECTROPHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF SURFACE OF GERMANIUM,

Abstract

The influence of film-forming substances on magnitude and stability of surface potential, density, and energy position of levels of 'fast' states was determined by nature of substances entering into composition of films. In connection with possibility of use of films of high-molecular substances for stabilization of semiconductor instruments, the influence of certain varnishes was studied and also of a series of components entering into various lacquers and enamels on electrophysical properties of surface of germanium.
