INVESTIGATION OF THE CHEMICAL POTENTIALS AND ACTIVITY COEFFICIENTS OF THE COMPONENTS OF BINARY SOLID SOLUTIONS.
Abstract
Binary solid solutions of K2SO4-CuSO4-6H2O, (NH4)2SO4-CuSO4-6H2O salts at 25C were investigated. The chemical potentials and activity coefficients of the components were calculated with the aid of the so-called third component method based on Gibbs - Duhem relations. The solid solutions appeared to exhibit features of regular ones. (Author)
