SOVIET DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH INSTRUMENTS,

Abstract

This is the fifth in a series of reports reviewing Soviet developments in instrumentation. Abstracts contained in the report were selected from Soviet open-source literature available at the Aerospace Technology Division and the Library of Congress. Information not directly related to the assigned subject has been included because of its broad implications for study in this field. Reports in this series were previously published under the title of Aerospace Instrumentation. The 31 abstracts are arranged alphabetically by author within each of the following categories: optical sensors; radiation sensors; gas sensors; vibration sensors; plasma temperature sensors; miscellaneous. A bibliography is presented at the end of the report.
