A NONSTATISTICAL TREATMENT OF FM DEMODULATOR NOISE,

Abstract

The report presents a nonstatistical evaluation of FM demodulator (discriminator) noise and provides an understanding of the characteristics of the observed FM demodulator output waveforms. The additive and subtractive properties of single- and double-sinusoid interference and random noise interference are defined and discussed. (Author)
