ITERATED DEFERRED CORRECTIONS FOR NONLINEAR OPERATOR EQUATIONS.

Abstract

It is shown that a Theorem by Stetter on asymptotic expansions can be obtained with fewer hypotheses, and that correction operators for improving the order of convergence of discretization algorithms can be constructed under fairly weak assumptions. (Author)
