RESEARCH ON EMISSION OF HOT ELECTRONS FROM A COLD LATTICE.

Abstract

The report is the summary of the work done during the period April 1st 1960 through April 30th 1961. Investigations were made during this period in the following directions: (1) Preparation of various materials; (2) Physical measurements on these materials; (3) Hot electron emission; (4) Physical properties of semi-conductors at high electric fields.
