Abstract

The report summarizes work done under the contract during the period April 1st, 1961 through June 30, 1962. The following topics are discussed: Electronic emission of inversely polarized diodes; Tunnel emission devices; P-N junction obtained by cesium bombardment of a p-type semiconductor.
