A SYSTEM OF PATTERN RECOGNITION INDEPENDENT OF DISPLACEMENT, SCALE AND ORIENTATION.

Abstract

The note describes the theory and gives experimental results for a pattern recognition system. It is shown that recognition is independent of displacement scale and orientation. Further development work is required to improve the system stability and to obtain greater resolution. (Author)
