CRYSTALLOGENICS.

Abstract

A summary is given of the results of a study aimed at an understanding of the freezing process. Specific areas of investigation included: thermodynamics of phase equilibria and surfaces; nucleation; solute redistribution; fluid motion; interface attachment; heat transport; interface morphology. A list of the 40 publications resulting from the work is included.
