ELECTRON SPIN RESONANCE AND OPTICAL STUDIES OF HYDROXIDE-DOPED SODIUM FLUORIDE: THE EFFECTS OF IMPURITIES ON COLOR CENTER FORMATION.

Abstract

Results are reported of a study of anionic (OH(-), O2(-), H(-), and O(--)) color center formation and reactions in sodium fluoride, and of the identification of chemical states of impurities and observation of the alteration on these states.
