A 7030 (STRETCH) COMPUTER PROGRAM FOR THE DETERMINATION OF KINETIC CONSTANTS OF ENZYME INHIBITION REACTIONS.

Abstract

The report develops a method of determining the kinetic constant of enzyme inhibition reactions, proposed by A. R. Main and W. C. Dauterman, with a FORTRAN IV computer program. This technique reduces the error inherent in the empirical manual solution, and permits the use of the Main-Dauterman method for routine assay of trace quantities of chemical warfare agents.
