THE PRESENT STATE OF DEVELOPMENT OF ANALYTICAL METHODS FOR DETERMINING LOW CONCENTRATIONS OF CHLORIDE ION IN REACTOR WATERS

Abstract

The possibilities of using the following methods for the determination of chloride ion at concentrations of < 0.5 ppm are discussed: emission spectroscopy, coulometric (anode stripping), colorimetric, radioactive exchange, potentiometric or concentration cell, catalytic.
