Introduction to the Theory of Atomic Spectra

Abstract

The book is devoted to a systematic presentation of the physical bases and the theory of atomic spectroscopy. The presentation is based on the modern theory of angular moments. There is also a systematic examination of the problems of excitation and radiation of atoms. These problems are of interest from the point of view of the use of spectroscopic methods in investigating various physical phenomena.
