MICROWAVE, MILLIMETER, AND RADIOFREQUENCY SPECTROSCOPY.

Abstract

A summary is given of a research program which involved studies of (1) the millimeter and submillimeter wave spectra of a number gaseous molecules; (2) electron spin resonance of simple free radicals trapped in solidified inert gas matrices; and (3) the effects of radiation on DNA and RNA, mainly by ESR. A list of papers resulting from the work is included.
