Development and Standardization of Airman Qualifying Examination-66

Abstract

The report describes the development and standardization of the 1966 form of the Airman Qualifying Examination. Descriptive data and statistical characteristics of AQE items and subtests are presented, as well as intercorrelations among Project TALENT tests and AQE variables. The report was designed as a reference source to be used in the Air Force's selective recruiting program and to provide information to guidance counselors in the high school testing program.
