Abstract

The object of the patent is a memory device with numerical organization, consisting of holders with numerical multiaperture ferrite plates and a magnetic decoder with transformers using multiaperture ferrite plates. To increase the speed, to increase the capacity and to reduce the required power, its magnetic decoder consists of a diode matrix of integral planar structures with the number of the p-n-junctions equal to the number of addresses in the device.
