CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DISTRIBUTION OF WATER TEMPERATURE AND SALINITY IN THE NORTH PACIFIC OCEAN,

Abstract

Water temperature and salinity distribution maps and hydrological sections of the Pacific Ocean are discussed for February and August. They are based on large original material and are characterized by greater details, thus giving a full reflection of the real picture. General regularities for space and time variations of these hydrological characteristics are considered. (Author)
