PERIODICITY IN THE AUTONOMIC DISCHARGE.

Abstract

Rhythmic activity of short duration is well known in the autonomic nervous system. There is evidence of rhythmic activity on a much longer phasic basis, something like one hour. This research investigates the longer phasic activity and attempts to determine its causes. (Author)
