Investigations in the Field of Relational Biology

Abstract

A variety of results dealing with questions arising in the relational theory of cellular systems are briefly described. They bear on the construction of a general theoretical formalism encompassing all aspects of regulation and control of cellular processes in a unified fashion, and on the testing of this formalism on a specific experimental system (namely, on pattern generation and cell sorting in cultures of dissociated embryonic cells).
