TELEMETRY OF RADIOACTIVE RADIATIONS,

Abstract

The book compares contemporary requirements for radiometric instrumentation for geophysical investigations of wells and the possibilities for telemetrical technology in the sense of increasing the accuracy, effectiveness, and the thermostability of instruments; theoretical principles and methods of construction of systems for the transmission of information about radioactive radiations are expounded. Considerable attention is allotted to statistical errors, the analysis of methods, and the calculation of means for increasing accuracy, narrowing the signal spectrum and correcting load characteristics and also for regulating the counters.
