STATISTICAL THEORY OF EMISSION, ABSORPTION AND CONDUCTIVITY OF RADIATION IN FULLY IONIZED PLASMAS,

Abstract

Kinetic equations for the time evolution of the radiation modes in fully ionized plasmas with steady electron and ion distributions are derived. The work results in formulas for emission, absorption, and conductivity which include the collective behavior of the plasma. (Author)
