SURFACE TEMPERATURE AND SALINITY OBSERVATIONS AT PACIFIC NORTHWEST SHORE STATIONS FOR 1965 AND 1966,

Abstract

During 1965 and 1966 the study by the Department of Oceanography, Oregon State University, is a program of shore sampling of ocean temperatures and salinities along the coast of the Pacific Northwest. The data in the report were collected at seven stations. The original goals of the shore sampling program were to obtain basic information about the distribution of temperature and salinity along the coast and to aid in monitoring offshore conditions.
