Abstract
The report concerns Geoidal ties between Greece and Egypt across the Eastern Mediterranean, suggested by the Special Study Group No. 16 (Chairman D. A. Rice) of the International Association of Geodesy. The paper contains an outline of the whole work and also the gravimetrical connections between Rome and the airports of Cairo, Athens and Beirut, carried out by airtransportation of Worden 362 during the first two weeks of April 1961.
