ANALYTICAL AND EXPERIMENTAL INVESTIGATION OF FLOW OSCILLATIONS IN A CLOSED LOOP WITH TRANSPARENT, PARALLEL, 9VERTICAL HEATED CHANNELS.

Abstract

The purpose of the research program was to conduct an analytical and experimental investigation of flow oscillations 9in a closed-loop with transparent, parallel, vertical, heated channels. Two masters theses, two papers and one technical report were published. Two doctoral theses are in progress. In addition, work on this program provided substantial contributions of basic information to both a special summer session and a regular graduate course on two-phase gas-liquid flow phenomena.
