SEMICONDUCTORS AND THEIR APPLICATION IN TECHNOLOGY,

Abstract

The book describes the basic physical properties of semiconductors and how they are affected by various factors. The design, parameters, and characteristics of thermistor, Hall gages, photodiodes, phototriodes, photoresistances, and ferrites are given. There is also an examination of the operating regimes of electrical circuits and circuits using semiconductors are shown. The book is intended for a broad circle of engineers and technicians working in the automation of production processes. (Author)
