RADIATION PHYSICS. I, ION CRYSTALS.

Abstract

The collection contains the results of research on radiation defects, microstructure of impurity centers, radioluminescence and photoluminescence of alkalihalide crystals. For some of these objects investigations were conducted complexly, with the application of optical methods, paramagnetic resonance, and electron emission. Luminescence and radiation defects were studied during excitation by ultraviolet radiation, X-rays and gamma rays, and radiation of a reactor. This collection is of interest for specialists in the area of radiation solid state physics and, in particular, the physics of luminescent crystals. (Author)
