LIQUID METAL IN THE ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD,

Abstract

Consideration is given to the magnetohydrodynamic phenomena in liquid metals and electrolytes found in an electromagnetic field. All expanded uses of these phenomena are expounded in electromagnetic pumps, mixers, melting without crucible, and other important processes for practice. (Author)
