SUPPLY MANAGEMENT REVIEW PROGRAM

Abstract

The findings and recommendations of a Supply Management Review Program working group are presented. The group concentrated on the area of supply requirements, particularly emphasizing input factors, supply levels, and other functions within the requirement computation process. Two problems which concern broader supply management matters and are considered fundamental are (1) Categorization of items for management purposes; and (2) Supply effectiveness measurement and analysis.
