RESULTS OF AEROMAGNETIC RESEARCH ALONG DEEP SEISMIC SOUNDING PROFILES.

Abstract

This article is a translation of results of aeromagnetic research along deep sounding profiles in Central Asia, Caucasus and adjacent areas. The magnetic field was measured at the elevations of 500, 1500, 4000 and 9000 m from the sea level. The normal field obtained from the maps compiled by the Institute for Terrestrial Magnetism under Academy of Sciences of the USSR for the 1950 epoch was accepted as zero in the construction of graph.
