Abstract

The report is the Proceedings of a Long Range Forecasting and Planning Symposium held at the Air Force Academy on 17-18 August 1966. The Symposium was cosponsored by the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, the Office of Research Analyses, and the Frank J. Seiler Laboratory, all of the Office of Aerospace Research. It contains the papers which were presented at the Symposium, and the discussion of these papers. The papers dealt with various aspects of making and using long range forecasts and plans. (Author)
