SOME OBSERVATIONS ON HETEROGENEOUS MIXING INSIDE CHANNELS,

Abstract

The mixing process of two streams produces variation of streamtube areas which affect the choking process. Simple criteria are derived in order to predict the sign of pressure variation as a function of initial conditions. The condition of choking is defined. Numerical examples are presented. (Author)
