MATRICES OF ZEROS AND ONES ALL OF WHOSE PAIRS OF ROWS ARE ISOMORPHIC.

Abstract

The report describes combinatorial properties of certain matrices of zeros and ones, characterized by conditions on subsets of their rows and columns. The matrices constitute a generalization of the incidence matrices of structures well known in combinatorics, geometry and statistics, including balanced incomplete block designs, tactical configurations, and finite projective planes.
