HUMAN FACTORS IN THE OPERATION OF U. S. MILITARY UNITS AUGMENTED WITH INDIGENOUS TROOPS

Abstract

The program of Korean augmentation to the U. S. Army (KATUSA) is outlined. Portions of the findings based on interim analyses of data are summarized by using selected themes. The implications these themes have for establishing similar programs in countries other than Korea are examined.
