RESEARCH IN ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION AND ANTENNAS: A SUMMARIZING REVIEW.

Abstract

Research in electromagnetic radiation and antennas under Contract AF19(628)-2406 is summarized for the period from February 1, 1963 to October 31, 1967. Brief reviews are given of work on antenna arrays, antennas in a parallel plate region with ferrite and plasma layers, the electrically thick antenna, the helical antenna, the dielectric-coated antenna, and the inverse scattering problem for an inhomogeneous cylinder.
