A GENERAL REGULARIZED SEQUENTIAL UNCONSTRAINED MINIMIZATION TECHNIQUE.

Abstract

A general interior sequential unconstrained methodology is extended by a regularization of the auxiliary function. The principal results are the elimination of the interiority and closure restrictions previously imposed on the feasible region. Local convergence is proved for the nonconvex problem under very general conditions. (Author)
