A NOTE OF PERTURBATIONS WHICH CREATE NEW POINT EIGENVALUES.

Abstract

The report discusses perturbations of self adjoint operators which introduce new point eigenvalues. An abstract theorem is proven and an example to which the theorem does not apply is discussed. (Author)
