STUDIES ON A D-REGION MOBILITY SPECTROMETER,

Abstract

A theory of mobility spectrometer applicable in the 40-70 km altitude range is presented. This theory is an extension of a previous work. The device is entirely based on the continuum concepts, which measures the mobility and abundance of the various constituents. The resolution of this device in mobility is within 1.4%. (Author)
