DISEASE SURVEILLANCE OF EMPLOYEES DOING FEASIBILITY STUDIES ON ROUTE 17.

Abstract

An investigation of the important tropical pathogens was made among the indigenous populations living or brought in to work on the proposed sea level canal Route 17 in eastern Panama and Route 25 in Colombia. Foreigners, mainly U.S.A. citizens, who work on these routes were examined to determine what pathogens they have acquired. (Author)
