TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCE OF CHEMILUMINESCENT REACTIONS. VOLUME II. THE NITRIC OXIDE AFTERGLOW.

Abstract

Using a glow discharge shock tube, measurements were made of the temperature and density dependence of the beta, gamma, and delta bands for the NO recombination afterglow. The absolute rate constants were determined for each of the vibrational transitions of the three bands at room temperature. Results for the total band intensities are given.
