RELATIVE HEIGHTS OF PHOTOGRAPHIC FEATURES OF THE MOON.

Abstract

The present report summarizes the selenodetic work carried out at the University of Manchester on the determination of the shape of the Moon based on the measurement of negatives taken at different lunar librations from the Observatoire du Pic-du-Midi, as well as the positional work on other satellites of the solar system (Jupiter, Saturn) observed photographically at Pic-du-Midi and at the Kottamia Observatory in Egypt.
