ON THE P-RANK OF THE DESIGN MATRIX OF A DIFFERENCE SET.
Abstract
The rank mod p (a prime) of the incidence matrix of the Euclidean and projective hyperplanes is determined. Similar results are obtained for certain other design matrices. (Author)
