ACOUSTOELECTRIC EFFECTS IN SOLIDS.

Abstract

The report gives a brief summary of the investigations undertaken in the period 1 April 1966 - 31 March 1967, and is concerned with the acoustoelectric effects in solids. Particular emphasis has been placed on acoustoelectric saturation and current oscillations in CdS and ZnO and electrical field distribution in CdS. (Author)
