Abstract
The report outlines the objectives and design effort pertaining to the HELCAR III receiver system, and discusses the problems encountered in meeting these objectives. Recommendations for improvement of future models and a description of the circuitry of the system are also included. Complete parts lists, schematic diagrams, and the receiver alignment procedure are provided for future use. (Author)
