INVESTIGATIONS OF IONIC SPECIES IN HIGH PRESSURE CESIUM DISCHARGES.

Abstract

Measurements are reported of ion species present in active rf and dc plasmas of argon and cesium. Comparison is made of data obtained using ion extraction through the anode and cathode of a dc plasma with measurements made using rf excitation of the plasma. (Author)
