Nuclear Magnetic Resonance

Abstract

A review is given of NMR publications which appeared in 1967. An effort was made to include publications emphasizing phenomena, new experimental and theoretical methods, and new areas of application. About half of the review is devoted to exchange processes and nuclear relaxation. These are followed by shorter commentaries on chemical shifts, the indirect spin-spin coupling, solid- state studies, and biological applications. Brief mention is made of the promising new field of ion cyclotron resonance.
