THE STORED WATER OF STRATUS AND STRATOCUMULUS CLOUDS OVER THE UKRAINE IN THE COLD HALF OF THE YEAR

Abstract

The stored water of St-Sc cloud masses is calculated on the basis of their lifetime, thickness, rate of transport, and average water content. The amount of precipitation that can be expected from these clouds is calculated on the assumption that the stored water will be completely precipitated.
